Tired of the Same Old Routines?

In addition, connect further with exhibitions through a slate of free public programs—ranging from artist talks to hands-on artmaking workshops to performances.

Art-Filled Itineraries

CITY HALL PARK TO BROOKLYN BRIDGE PARK

Have some time to spare or going for a run? Phyllida Barlow’s PRANK in City Hall Park promises to leave you in awe! Marvel at the British sculptor’s whimsical larger-than-life sculptures that transform the urban landscape into a playground of imagination. Then, board a ferry from Pier 1 or venture across the iconic Brooklyn Bridge to the Empire Fulton Ferry Lawn in Brooklyn Bridge Park to discover Nicholas Galanin: In every language there is Land / En cada lengua hay una Tierra. This thought-provoking 30-foot sculpture challenges audiences to rethink our relation to Land and conceptions of borders. Invite a friend with you and engage them in conversation about the work. Then, grab a bite to eat from one of several vendors at Time Out Market and bask in the view of the Manhattan sky line and Brooklyn Bridge from their rooftop.
